The outbreak of the COVID-19 has affected the implementation of the original maintenance plan of the station. At present, as various work is gradually on track, fan maintenance and fault handling are being carried out in an intensive manner. The overhaul personnel of the fourth hemp plant timely maintain the fan, reduce the failure rate, and provide a strong guarantee for the "Endurance" of the unit!
This maintenance includes half a year, whole year and other maintenance. The work content and labor intensity vary, so it is necessary to constantly adjust the maintenance tasks of different batches in each period. At this stage, Masi wind farm needs to complete the maintenance tasks of more than 100 fans, including 50 fans without elevators, which requires maintenance personnel to climb by hand, which puts forward higher requirements for the physical strength and endurance of operators. The maintenance tasks of the day are reasonably arranged on site according to the maintenance progress to ensure that operators maintain good mental state and physical strength and complete various operations efficiently.
While carrying out the maintenance work, it is necessary to ensure the safe and stable operation of the on-site fan without failure, reasonably arrange the fault handling tasks, and dispatch some personnel to carry out the fault handling work every day. Time is tight and the task is heavy. In case of multiple failures, the maintenance personnel need to rush back to the station to deal with the failure after completing the fan maintenance work. Recently, the No.1 fan of phase IV of Masi wind farm at night reported that the circuit breaker was open. After inspection, the M410 motor was damaged, and the wind speed at night reached 15m/s. After organizing and coordinating the maintenance personnel on site and implementing various safety measures, the on-site personnel worked hard until the early morning of the next day to deal with the fault in time.
In the case of cross operation of multiple maintenance and overhaul on site, vehicles shall be uniformly allocated and reasonably arranged to ensure the smooth progress of various work tasks.
During the maintenance operation, in order to facilitate the oiling of the main shaft and blade bearings, special grease filling equipment was purchased on site, which brought some convenience to the preparation and use of grease the next day.
The task is still arduous, and the fourth Ma overhaul team will, as always, strengthen confidence, face difficulties and spare no effort to ensure the smooth completion of all annual work tasks.
