He is the technical backbone of the team, a tough guy in the eyes of colleagues, and a confidant friend of the fan. "I like to talk to the fan, it doesn't speak, but if it fails, I study and determine what went wrong." In the face of the fan, Jiang Huan always maintains his original intention, in his opinion, the fan needs to be carefully cared for like his own child, and the problem should be dealt with in time. In October 2021, the 20# fan of the fourth and third phase of the hemp fourth phase had a special fault, and the fan could not be connected to the grid to generate electricity under normal operation, and the corresponding fault code was not reported, which was the first time it was encountered on site. Jiang Huan and his colleagues initially judged that there was a problem with the frequency conversion board, because the frequency conversion board could not be tested with professional instruments on site, and due to the impact of the epidemic, spare parts were not purchased in time, so Jiang Huan removed the frequency conversion board one by one, and replaced the old board one by one, and the problem was still not solved. Jiang Huan was patient and checked all the parts involved in the fault, encoders, slip rings, frequency conversion boards, etc., during that time, he went out early and returned late every day, studied the work, repeatedly groped, and finally determined the fault point, replaced 6 frequency conversion boards, and the fan resumed operation.
Jiang Huan is recognized by everyone as the maintenance "big take", often encountered tricky problems on the spot, everyone will discuss with Jiang Huan to find a breakthrough. Jiang Huan works rigorously and meticulously, has accurate judgment on the logical thinking of fan operation, and some hidden faults cannot escape his "golden eye".
In mid-September 2022, Jiang Huan changed shifts with her colleagues, planning to go back to her hometown with her family to visit her sick grandfather when she was eleven. But the plan could not catch up with the changes, the sudden epidemic disrupted the normal handover of the wind farm, and colleagues outside could not enter, Jiang Huan chose to continue to stick to his post, from September 15 to October 30, staying for 46 days.
During this period, the third wind farm of Mahuangshan was temporarily closed and controlled, although Jiang Huan's Masi wind farm was not controlled, but the maintenance manpower was also in short supply, basically only to meet the maintenance work of the station, but Jiang Huan knew that the entire business department was a whole, and he must do his best to reduce the loss of downtime. Because the Ma San Wind Farm was far away, when he assisted in dealing with the failure, Jiang Huan could only fill his stomach with the bread and milk he carried in the morning at noon, and he returned every night.
Jiang Huan thinks hard, studies hard, summarizes well, completes various maintenance tasks excellently, and is willing to pass on his skills, skills and experience to new employees. At the beginning of the year, Li Hongyu joined several new employees together, and just came to usher in a "big test". Affected by the epidemic, the maintenance task at the beginning of the year is still very heavy, and everyone is full of energy to catch up, doing maintenance during the day and dealing with faults at night, and the workload is quite saturated.

"I came here after graduating in 2019, and when I first arrived, the Qinglongshan No. 2 Wind Farm was in the stage of construction and production, and the building of the living area only had one framework. It was a deserted beach, but it didn't feel desolate at all, and the leaders also worked on the site with us, and every day was very fulfilling," said Zhang Yi, the operation duty officer of Qinger Wind Farm four years ago.

Ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment in the distribution room is also one of the responsibilities of Zhang Yi and his team, monitoring the temperature and sound of the two main transformers, the switching status of 23 switchgears, and the normal operation of secondary equipment, terminals and systems... No matter day or night, cold and heat, Zhang Yi will always wear a hard hat, carry a thermometer, embark on the road of inspection, and strive to be a good "escort" for energy supply.
In the cold winter, when the outdoor was close to minus 20 degrees Celsius, Zhang Yi and the line maintenance class patrolled the line and climbed the tower to find the line trip fault; In the hot summer, Zhang Yi held up the infrared thermometer to check the temperature of each key point of the equipment. These are the norm in his work, and there is a way to "climb the mountain and rest the road, and you need to climb the peak". The road ahead was still long, and the road under his feet was still difficult, but he was in high spirits and moved forward step by step, leaving a string of shining footprints.
