Launching ceremony and oath-taking
At the beginning of June, the launching ceremony of Hanas New Energy Group's Safety Production Month was held in the No. 4 Wind Farm of Mahuang Mountain, and other stations participated in the ceremony in the form of online sub-venues.
In the solemn atmosphere of the launching ceremony, the "Safety Production Month Activity Plan" was fully publicized, a series of safety books were distributed to all stations, Tan Chao, executive deputy general manager of the new energy group, Chen Zhengyu, deputy general manager, heads of operation and maintenance departments and some employee representatives wore uniform uniforms, solemnly swore an oath, and signed the theme banner of safety production month, keeping in mind the principle of "safety first, prevention first", and laid a solid sense of responsibility and mission for the entire safety month and even the future safety production work.
Missionary activities and atmosphere building
During the safety production month, all stations of the new energy group closely focused on the distinctive theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies - smooth life channel", and adopted a variety of publicity methods: safety posters can be seen everywhere in the work area, and safety knowledge slogans are hung in a conspicuous position, always reminding every employee to deeply root safety awareness in their hearts.
The well-organized "Top Ten Escape Drill Science Videos" exhibition and safety theme education video viewing activities for all employees have further enhanced the safety awareness and emergency response ability of employees, successfully shaped a safety culture environment of "everyone participates and everyone is responsible", and encourages all cadres and employees to keep safety responsibilities in mind and have the courage to take responsibility, so as to ensure that safety awareness is transformed into real action and jointly protect every inch of production safety.
Green practice and harmonious coexistence
On the occasion of the "World Environment Day" on June 5, the company advocates employees to actively participate in environmental protection activities, and encourages all employees to contribute to environmental protection while committing to safe production by organizing the cleaning of waste, foreign objects around the line and in the line transportation corridor in the area under its jurisdiction, so as to realize the harmonious coexistence of energy development and natural resources.
The wind farms of the new energy group responded positively and carried out in-depth cleaning near the wind turbine foundation in the area under their jurisdiction, restoring a clean land. The line maintenance team took the initiative to increase the number of inspections of the 110kV transmission line, and carefully cleaned up the foreign objects in the line channel, effectively removing a large number of agricultural garbage and other debris that may touch the conductor due to strong winds, preventing the potential risk of line failure and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
Security empowerment and the integration of knowledge and action
In mid-June, the new energy group joined hands with Jin Ningtao, a senior lecturer of Ningxia Xinzheng Vocational Skills Training School, to successfully hold a "Safety Knowledge Lecture" activity, injecting a strong dose of safety knowledge enhancer into all employees.
Mr. Jin took the National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day as an opportunity to deeply analyze the warning stories behind the national fire data in recent years, and guided employees to face up to disaster risks and enhance their awareness of danger. In addition, the training also covers the potential hidden dangers of electrical fire and gas use, the common sense of fire safety in the office, and the necessary knowledge of safe charging and maintenance of electric vehicles, so as to ensure that every employee can be the first guardian of their own work and family safety.
Actual combat drills and safety assurance
"A fire broke out in the staff dormitory, and the teams were notified to immediately extinguish the fire and rescue." Under the order of Ji Haiyang, director of the fourth wind farm in Mahuang Mountain, the on-site vigilance group, evacuation guidance group, material rescue group, fire extinguishing action group, and medical rescue team carried out actions in an orderly manner, and a realistic fire emergency drill was officially staged.
During the safety production month, each station of the new energy group carefully planned and implemented a series of emergency drills, including but not limited to responding to extreme climate challenges, lightning disaster prevention, electrical accident prevention, flood emergency preparedness, and even special flood control emergency drills. Through these drills, the employees not only mastered the operation essentials of various emergency equipment, but also exercised their psychological quality in the tense simulation situation, effectively improved the emergency response speed, calm judgment and teamwork efficiency, and laid a solid foundation for building a solid safety line of defense.
Investigate hidden dangers and prevent micro problems
During the safety production month, each station launched a comprehensive special action for safety risk identification, deepened the work results of the previous year, and ensured that the safety risks in the production and operation sites were identified and assessed without blind spots. By strictly following the security risk classification and control standards and implementing refined management, all levels of risk will be equipped with customized control measures and clear responsible persons, and the control ledger will be updated to maintain the latest risk status.
In addition, each station also implements a safety risk identification and listing system, which clearly displays the risk level, prevention and control information and responsible persons, realizes the transparency and visualization of on-site safety management, and jointly builds the enterprise safety defense line.
Safety knowledge contest
In addition to actively responding to the call of the company's safety production month, the fourth wind farm of Mahuang Mountain also held a unique safety knowledge competition in combination with the actual situation of the station, with the theme of "everyone is responsible for safe production, and everyone participates in the prevention of hidden dangers".
