In an effort to enhance communication, share advanced practices and steadily upgrade the enterprise safety management level, on November 8th, Hanas New Energy Group cordially invited Gui Binghai, the Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Hanas Liquefied Natural Gas Company, and Wang Xinping, the Safety Supervisor, along with their delegation to pay a visit to the Wanglejing Wind Farm and carry out a highly fruitful safety management exchange event.
Tang Xiaofeng, the head of Wanglejing Wind Farm, first provided the visiting personnel with a detailed introduction to the overall situation and safety instructions of the wind farm. Subsequently, accompanied by Lei Tao, the director of the Quality and Safety Department of the New Energy Group, and Gao Fei, the deputy director of the Operation Department, Gui Binghai and his team proceeded to the centralized control room, step-up substation, wind turbine units and other locations for on-site visits. They gained an in-depth understanding of the basic principles, operation modes and main operation contents of the wind farm's remote monitoring system, step-up substation electrical equipment, wind turbine units and collector lines. They also carefully examined the wind farm's safety management system and safety emergency plan. In-depth discussions were held on topics such as the configuration of safety facilities, equipment operation procedures, personnel safety protection measures, the on-site management of the recent large-component hoisting operations carried out in the wind farm and the prevention of liquefied natural gas leakage. During the process, the Liquefied Natural Gas Company specifically shared its successful practices in the management of special operation processes involving aspects such as "online work permits", "safety risk assessment and control" and "accident prevention and response", which provided valuable references for the New Energy Group to strengthen the management efficiency of similar operations.
Following extensive and thorough exchanges, both sides concurred that intensifying safety education and training, strictly carrying out equipment inspection, enhancing on-site supervision and inspection, and optimizing the emergency response plan system are the linchpins for ensuring a stable and manageable state of safe production. Enterprises ought to consistently take measures such as guaranteeing the input for safe production, perfecting the safety training and education system, refining the control of operational procedures, strengthening the identification and prevention of risks, highlighting the attribution of personnel responsibilities, and augmenting the safety awareness and competence of employees. Through these means, the occurrence of various potential safety hazards can be effectively curbed, thereby facilitating a comprehensive enhancement of the safety management level.
This activity has established a valuable exchange platform between the New Energy Group and the Liquefied Natural Gas Company. The in-depth discussions on the main problems currently faced by enterprises in the field of safety management, the joint exploration of safety risk prevention for special operations with higher risks, and the selfless sharing of advanced safety management experiences and successful practices have all provided typical models that can be learned from, referenced, replicated, and promoted for both sides, injecting new impetus into the stable development of their respective enterprises. The New Energy Group will actively learn and absorb the advanced safety management experiences and innovative concepts of the Liquefied Natural Gas Company, combine them with its own actual situation, introduce and implement more practical measures, and strive to create a safer, more environmentally friendly, and more efficient production and operation environment.
