In view of the frequent occurrence of fire accidents in winter, the quality and safety department took the lead, and the operation department and the maintenance department participated in a comprehensive carpet and detailed investigation in each wind farm station. Among them, it focuses on key matters such as whether the escape route is unblocked, whether the fire-fighting facilities are in good condition, whether the emergency plan is complete, and whether the emergency response ability of personnel is sound, and forms an effective closed-loop management mechanism for the investigation of hidden dangers according to the "Five Principles". According to statistics, up to now, the wind farms and stations of the new energy group have investigated and treated 651 hidden dangers, carried out multi-type and multi-person special emergency drill training, significantly improved the reliability of fire protection and other safety equipment and facilities, and strengthened the emergency rescue joint efforts of each station again.
Precise operation, guarding the power supply channel
Booster stations and transmission lines are the "life channels" of the power supply of the new energy group, and they must not be relaxed for a while. In order to ensure the continuous and stable transmission of electric energy, since the beginning of winter, the operation department has continued to track weather changes, put into the cold and anti-freezing facilities in the production and living areas and the moisture displacement heating device of outdoor electrical equipment on time, and at the same time encrypt and strengthen the inspection frequency of booster station equipment in bad weather such as strong winds, low temperatures, and freezing, and pay close attention to the power flow and system voltage of the regional power grid to ensure a reasonable safety margin. The line maintenance team fully learned from the experience of line icing treatment, and completed the replacement of aging composite insulators of 220kV and 110kV transmission lines in a timely manner, the installation of spacers in large line segments, the adjustment of shockproof hammers, the replacement of damaged porcelain insulators, and other special maintenance, so as to enhance the mechanical strength of key sections of wires, keep the transmission lines in a stable physical state, and try their best to eliminate the operational risks such as creeping tripping in wet weather, line dancing in windy and icy weather, and whipping and wire breakage. So far, more than 1,000 kilometers of transmission lines under the jurisdiction of the new energy group have accumulated 493 defects, and the reliability and disaster resistance of the lines have been greatly improved.
Rush to repair and ensure the healthy operation of equipment
From dawn to dusk, from dawn to starlight, the wind was cold, but the maintenance team kept walking. In the face of objective conditions such as strong winds, rain and snow, and freezing, the maintenance department scientifically planned, reasonably deployed, and overcame difficulties, and on the premise of ensuring safety and quality, seized the available opportunities such as light wind and no wind to carry out the overhaul and maintenance of wind turbines, treat the disease, prevent the disease, effectively improve the health level of the equipment, and stabilize the power generation capacity. Since November, the new energy group has organized capable forces to focus on tackling key problems, and has successively completed a number of special maintenance work such as the replacement of the No. 67 wind turbine generator of Xinliang Wind Farm; As planned, 312 special and regular maintenance of wind turbines, 816 wind turbine inspections, and 656 daily defects and faults were dealt with, becoming a strong backing for power production and supply. During this period, the overhaul and maintenance department also successfully introduced the cold welding cladding process for the first time to apply the disassembly-free repair of high-speed bearings of generators, which greatly saved maintenance costs and optimized work efficiency compared with traditional dismantling and hoisting methods, and provided a useful exploration for the organization and implementation of similar maintenance work in the future.
