As the bells of the National Day ring leisurely, the bustling city of the past seems to shed its burdens and enter a more relaxed rhythm. While the festive atmosphere is overflowing everywhere and friends eagerly share beautiful scenery and moments of reunion on social media, there is a group of people who resolutely choose a unique way to send their special blessings to the motherland—they are 73 frontline production employees of Hanas New Energy Group. On this national celebration day, they remain at their posts, accompany the wind turbines, stay close to the power transmission and transformation equipment, and ensure the stable production and delivery of green electricity with their responsibility and dedication.

Pre-holiday inspection: strengthening the foundation of safety

The safe and stable operation during the holiday period stems from meticulous and thorough pre-deployment actions. On the eve of the National Day, the New Energy Group conducted a top-down comprehensive safety inspection of production sites. Through 'comprehensive self-inspection of stations and joint departmental supervision,' safety responsibilities were reinforced at all levels. The on-site safety self-inspection fully covered key aspects of daily safety management, including the 'two tickets, three systems, and one card,' the operational status of critical equipment, the reliability of safety facilities, the integrity of safety tools, and the sufficiency of emergency supplies. The joint supervision by the Quality and Safety Department, Operations Department, and Maintenance Department focused on key areas such as risk control and hazard identification. After a thorough 'pre-holiday health check,' the identified issues and hidden risks were effectively rectified and closed-loop managed, laying a solid foundation for safe and stable operations at production sites during the National Day holiday.

On duty day and night, strictly guard the operational frontline

During the National Day holiday, all wind power stations of the New Energy Group strictly implemented a 24-hour duty and equipment inspection system. On-duty personnel closely monitored the control data and, according to the planned requirements, meticulously carried out inspections of substation equipment, safety facilities, and fire protection systems. Night shift colleagues overcame fatigue, continuously moving between the central control room and equipment areas, efficiently completing special inspections of substation equipment during high-load periods at night, and promptly identifying and addressing any abnormalities, thereby reinforcing the safety production defense line.

Lean maintenance to consolidate equipment performance

The maintenance team of the New Energy Group adheres to the principle of 'prevention first,' treating existing issues and preventing potential problems, focusing on strengthening inspections and defect handling of wind turbines and transmission lines during the holiday period. According to statistics, during the National Day holiday, various wind turbine maintenance bases conducted inspections on 143 wind turbines, performed maintenance on 25 units, handled 43 faults, and eliminated 26 defects; the transmission line maintenance team inspected 100 transmission towers, continuously carried out hidden hazard investigations and remediation along the lines, and eliminated 20 types of potential risks in the transmission lines, taking concrete actions to ensure the reliable operation of power generation equipment and transmission channels.

Gathering for Mid-Autumn Festival, strengthening team camaraderie

October 6 coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival, and Hanasi New Energy Group's various wind farms presented a warm and pleasant scene. The employees who stayed at their posts gathered together, sharing sweet mooncakes and chatting about daily life, adding a touch of festive warmth to the otherwise busy and intense production work. Although they could not reunite with their families, the camaraderie of working side by side and the commitment to the mission of continuously delivering clean energy to households made this special Mid-Autumn night exceptionally fulfilling and precious.

As of October 9, Hanas New Energy Group has safely operated for 5,297 consecutive days. This is not only a measure of time but also a scale of responsibility. During this National Day, the Hanas wind power team, with steadfast dedication, has turned the wind blowing across the ridges into light that illuminates the distance. They are guardians of green energy and the warmest, most enduring light of this holiday.
