On April 24, 15 new employees of Hanas New Energy Group, dressed in formal clothes, gathered in the conference room on the 9th floor of Master Business Center to participate in the induction training for new employees.
The training course covers company profile, rules and regulations, workplace etiquette, technical knowledge, etc., to help new employees fully understand Hanas' corporate culture and enhance their sense of belonging.

In mid-March, Hanas New Energy Group launched a recruitment interview. The interview team comprehensively inspected the overall quality of the finalists from the dimensions of professional knowledge, work experience, sense of responsibility, and work attitude. The 15 new employees who entered the job this time stood out from the 67 shortlisted candidates for interview. They came from key colleges and universities across the country and had certain industry experience.
