Clear sky, green grass. On September 5th and September 12th, all members of Hanas New Energy Group gathered at Yongning Happy Base Camp to carry out the 2020 annual team development activities in two batches, aiming to strengthen the team through the combination of group PK and teamwork. Awareness, improve team cohesion. Wu Beilei, deputy director of human resources of Hanas Group, Li Zhiqing, general manager of Hanas New Energy Group and other leaders and more than 160 employees participated in this team building activity.

At 7:20 in the morning, everyone took the bus to the expansion base. Under the leadership of the coach, they successfully broke the ice and merged, and completed the formation and display of the team name, team logo, team call, and team song. All colleagues began to become familiar.

With the start of each team project, each team really started a battle. In order to achieve good results, the team members encouraged each other, overcame difficulties, and completed challenges, which fully reflected the team consciousness, and the activity site was full of joy.

As the final project - Crazy Roller Coaster, 6 teams need to work together to connect the small roller coasters built by each group to each other to complete the super model roller coaster. During the whole process, everyone had a common sense of identity, common expectations and goals. When the football finally passed the roller coaster smoothly and burst the balloon, the whole team cheered and shouted.

Learn in practice, grow in activities, and feel in development. In this activity, everyone deeply realized the team spirit of unity, cooperation, self-transcendence, and pursuit of excellence, and realized the power of responsibility, trust and persistence.

After the event, everyone said that it is very meaningful to carry out such a unique expansion activity in the spare time of busy work.
