From August 11 to 12, 2023, more than 70 participants from Hanas New Energy Group, Eastern Thermal Power and Pipeline Group gathered to discuss the path of leadership excellence. Lou Meng, Ph.D. in Management from Chinese Minmin University and invited lecturer of Hong Kong Human Resources Certification Center, served as the lecturer of this training.
The training activities are progressed sequentially with "correct understanding of the meaning of leadership" as the starting point, through the systematic exposition and extension of the main ideas and views of Chinese and foreign managers on leadership, and the empirical analysis of a number of enterprise management cases derived from practice and the smooth communication and exchange of personnel in different positions in the training process in combination with the actual work situation. Teacher Lou Meng led the students to gradually understand and master what a qualified leader should do and what he should not do; How personality traits such as vision, responsibility, enthusiasm, and responsibility play an important role in the leadership shaping process; How to effectively motivate and influence team members through rich and diverse cultural and institutional management methods, flexible leadership style, and reasonable and controlled authorization methods; And the fundamental point of leadership: big victory relies on virtue, small victory relies on wisdom, constant victory relies on peace, relies on collective strength to forge ahead, and achieves the core essence of organizational goals.
