From August 11 to 12, 2023, more than 70 participants from Hanas New Energy Group, Eastern Thermal Power and Pipeline Group gathered to discuss the path of leadership excellence. Lou Meng, Ph.D. in Management from Chinese Minmin University and invited lecturer of Hong Kong Human Resources Certification Center, served as the lecturer of this training.
The training activities are progressed sequentially with "correct understanding of the meaning of leadership" as the starting point, through the systematic exposition and extension of the main ideas and views of Chinese and foreign managers on leadership, and the empirical analysis of a number of enterprise management cases derived from practice and the smooth communication and exchange of personnel in different positions in the training process in combination with the actual work situation.
