In the second quarter of 2025, the production and operation of the new energy group were good: the "Safety Production Month" series of activities were carried out in depth, the safety awareness of all employees was significantly improved, and the safety management and hidden danger investigation and management were solidly promoted, with 5,197 days of continuous safe production by the end of the quarter; Efficient coordination of operation and maintenance, strengthening equipment governance, optimising scheduling management, and exceeding quarterly power generation targets; Electricity trading closely follows the market and policy guidance, actively participates in spot trial operation activities, summarises experience and summarises methods in a timely manner, and strives to ensure the average transaction price with scientific measures. Projects under construction and planning projects have been steadily promoted and corresponding progress has been made; Team building, enterprise management, cultural publicity and other work are carried out in an orderly manner as planned, providing all-round guarantee for stable operation.

In view of the difficulties of how to further improve the accuracy of power generation plans, support the rational layout of medium and long-term transactions, and then stabilise and improve operating income under the current market rules, this meeting specially opened a sub-venue, and the company's personnel, the business backbone of the operation department, and the heads of each station of the operation department focused on issues to carry out in-depth exchanges and research discussions, striving to find the crux of the problem, eliminate deviations, reach enlightening and practical opinions that can be implemented, and guide the problem solving to enter a benign track. During the safety production month in June, in order to test the comprehensive skill level of operation and maintenance personnel, promote the improvement of personnel's professional quality through head-to-head actual competition, New Energy Group organised the 2025 annual skills competition. According to the competition, the special award ceremony was set up at this meeting, and under the witness of the participants, Tan Chao, executive deputy general manager of New Energy Group, awarded honorary certificates to the operation team of Xinliang Wind Farm and the maintenance team of Qinglongshan Wind Farm, who won the first prize of the operation professional and maintenance professional skills competition, and rewarded the excellent professionalism, outstanding on-the-spot performance and good spirit of the two teams in the skills competition, and encouraged them and all the participating teams to make persistent efforts, work hard, and reach a new level.
