From the headquarters to various production sites, the company upheld a spirit of diligent learning, practical action, and a pioneering mindset, continuously updating knowledge and honing skills.
Throughout 2025, the New Energy Group conducted a total of 980 training sessions and practical drills, with an average of 3,061 participants per quarter. The training content covered multiple areas, including safety management, operations and maintenance, and marketing. The training methods included theoretical lessons, practical drills, and technical exchange seminars, among other formats. The training was highly targeted and effective, providing strong support for cultivating the talent needed for the stable operation of the company.
Focus on core business and strengthen the foundation for development
The New Energy Group has always prioritized the prevention and control of safety risks and the enhancement of operational capabilities in production as the core focus of its training efforts. It precisely strengthens the frontline employees' ability to perform their duties, providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of equipment. The group implements the 'Safety Classroom Entering Stations' initiative, ensuring 100% coverage of safety management personnel through touring lectures; it focuses on key areas such as the principles of power generation, transmission, and substation equipment, operational procedures, handling of abnormalities, and hazard inspections, organizing special rotational training on a weekly basis; it establishes a 'Accident Case Review' learning mechanism, compiling the 'Collection of Typical Industry Accident Cases,' and employs scenario-based teaching to reinforce risk prediction and prevention awareness among all employees; it also enforces on-site control requirements for subcontracted personnel and frequently conducts qualification audits and specialized training assessments.
In 2025, the New Energy Group organized 34 special safety training sessions, with a total of 2,776 participants. All stations followed up simultaneously, carrying out a total of 389 safety and technical training sessions. To enhance practical capabilities, 84 emergency drills were organized, achieving a 100% compliance rate in plan execution. Employees fully practiced their emergency response skills, and the team's coordinated operational level improved significantly.

In terms of safety management and compliance operations, through trainings such as "Interpretation of the New Safety Law and Responsibility Implementation" and "The Impact of Bill Compliance on Enterprises," a systematic foundation is established to strengthen the awareness of safety responsibilities among all employees and the mindset of operating within compliance boundaries. In terms of operational capabilities, cutting-edge sessions like "Sharing on Fault-Free Wind Farm Construction and Intelligent Operation & Maintenance Methods" and "Application of Highly Integrated Equipment in Modern Power Grids" help employees understand current industry development trends and grasp the characteristics of new types of equipment. In the areas of market expansion and project development, courses such as "Introduction to the Basic Principles of the Electricity Spot Market" and "Workflow of Pre-Project Work for Wind Power" effectively enhance the team's understanding of market operation rules and standardized project development requirements. Regarding management efficiency, thematic trainings like "Practical Exploration of AI Empowering Office Efficiency" and "Improving Work Efficiency and Enhancing Communication Skills" vividly demonstrate the optimal ways to organically integrate societal technological advancements with daily enterprise management, promoting improved cross-departmental collaboration.


Expand the coverage of training content through online and offline channels
To meet employees' needs for autonomous and in-depth learning, the New Energy Group actively introduces high-quality external resources and expands training channels. Relying on the SME service platform, 58 management training courses have been introduced, which can be conveniently selected for learning through the online platform. In coordination with Ningxia Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, special practical training on transmission and transformation line operation and maintenance skills is organized for line operation and maintenance personnel. In communication with the Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission, 17 professional technical personnel in the fields of power trading and wind turbine operation and maintenance were selected to participate in the wind power skills talent enhancement training program, and all participants passed the final evaluation.
