To continuously improve employees' professional quality and enhance team collaboration and management efficiency, from April 14 to 15, Hanas Group held a special training session titled 'Professional Role Awareness and Workplace Rules – Building Excellent Professionals' at the Kempinski Hotel in Yinchuan. Representatives from Hanas New Energy Group and colleagues from various business units of the group gathered together to complete two days of concentrated learning.

This training specially invited domestic practical management expert Teacher Lou Meng to give a lecture. Teacher Lou has a solid foundation in management, rich corporate case experience, and an engaging teaching style. He focused on core workplace topics to bring participants an empowering course that is practical and thought-provoking.

The training begins with an introduction to the 'Recognition of Core Roles in the Workplace,' guiding participants to move beyond a single job perspective and to reassess their own positioning from multiple dimensions, enhancing their sense of responsibility and value orientation. Subsequently, focusing on the themes of communication and collaboration, Teacher Lou analyzes key points and methods of communication in different workplace scenarios through three major modules: high-quality communication skills, upward communication rules, and horizontal collaboration rules, helping participants break communication barriers and establish smooth and efficient collaborative relationships. The course further extends to discussions on workplace responsibilities and boundaries, guiding participants to clarify the scope of authority and responsibility while actively performing their duties, balance rules and collaboration, and promote the growth of both individuals and the organization. The course concludes by elevating the concept to the transmission of workplace wisdom in children's education, inspiring participants to apply the thinking habits, communication methods, and sense of responsibility developed in the workplace to personal growth and family education, deepening their understanding and continuity of professional qualities.

The training was intensive and practical, not only teaching specific methods but also enhancing cognitive thinking. The participating employees were fully focused throughout, demonstrating a rigorous and eager-to-learn attitude. Through this learning experience, everyone gained a clearer understanding of their roles within the organization and a more systematic grasp of workplace communication, collaboration key points, and responsibility boundaries, providing useful reference for improving work efficiency and promoting team collaboration in the future.
