On April 23, the Hanas New Energy Division organized a meeting to analyze the business activities of the first quarter of 2026. The division's management, heads of various departments, and some key business personnel attended the meeting. The meeting provided a comprehensive summary and analysis of the first quarter's work in safety management, production operations, project planning, and corporate management in the New Energy Division. It also made specific arrangements for the main tasks and objectives of the second quarter, proposed corresponding requirements for current and future work priorities, and clarified the path, unified consensus, and strengthened cohesion to achieve the second quarter's goals and ensure the annual targets.

In the first quarter of 2026, the New Energy Division had a steady start, focusing on improving production and operational efficiency and optimizing management effectiveness on the basis of a stable and controllable safety situation. In the first quarter, the safety foundation of the New Energy Division continued to be strengthened, handling a total of 1,719 various work tickets and identifying and rectifying 238 potential hazards in equipment and facilities, achieving a continuous safety production record of 5,470 days. Power generation efficiency steadily improved, successfully achieving the quarterly power generation target, and efficiently completing the annual comprehensive inspection task of the 220kV step-up substation at the Inner Mongolia wind farm. Through collaboration across multiple departments and technical breakthroughs, efforts were made to improve the health status of units. Power trading showed steady progress, closely following market policies, monitoring market price trends, and scientifically coordinating medium- to long-term and spot transactions, with each month’s settlement average price exceeding the average level of wind power companies in the region. Planning, construction, corporate management, and other tasks progressed as scheduled, striving to expand development space while strengthening internal capabilities, consolidating strength, and overcoming difficulties together.
Based on the completion of key tasks in the first quarter and focusing on the annual objectives, the meeting deployed the main tasks for the second quarter of the New Energy Division. It coordinated the arrangement of major tasks such as the Safety Month theme publicity and education and skill competitions, the annual maintenance preparation of the Ma Huangshan 330kV substation, the improvement of unit health levels and stability, and the expansion of the electricity trading market. Departments are required to maintain confidence, work together, and, on the premise of ensuring a stable and controllable safety situation, further give full play to initiative, perform duties conscientiously, enhance power generation efficiency and equipment reliability, strive for better electricity trading results, and maintain the current overall stability trend, seizing the initiative and opportunities through actions.
At the meeting, Tan Chao, Executive Deputy General Manager of the New Energy Division, set clear requirements for the next phase of work. He emphasized that safety management must be continually enforced without relaxation, and that all responsible personnel at production sites must earnestly fulfill the 'dual responsibility' requirement: not only being good business managers but also shouldering the primary responsibility for safety, leading by example in implementing safety management regulations, standardizing safety management practices through concrete actions, and firmly maintaining safety production boundaries. Production departments and business departments should strengthen communication and coordination, exchanging and discussing more on the key and difficult issues in current power trading work, pooling efforts for targeted problem-solving, striving to supply more profitable electricity and higher-priced electricity, and actively promoting stable and progressive power trading prices.
All work for the second quarter has now been fully launched. Sprinting through the half-year point and looking ahead to the full year, all employees of the New Energy Division will undoubtedly turn the plans into actions with a sense of responsibility and ownership, and strive for outstanding results with a pragmatic and diligent work style, making the due contribution to the new energy business of Hanasi Group!
