The Salt Lake Wind Farm of Hanas New Energy Division is located in the Mahuangshan area. The terrain here is open, the average altitude is high, and the wind resources are good, making it one of the few areas in Ningxia suitable for large-scale centralised wind power project development. However, because of the unique collapsible loess soil, combined with long-term rain and snow erosion, ensuring the stability of the main structures is one of the key concerns in daily equipment management. For a long time, the operation department's line maintenance team has adhered to the principle of "prevention first, combining prevention and control", strictly implementing regular patrol inspections and key risk monitoring. Through meticulous inspections and scientific management, risks are promptly dealt with, ensuring that the transmission arteries remain unobstructed.

During the 2026 Safety Production Month, in line with the 'everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies—check and rectify risks and hidden dangers' requirement, the line maintenance team, taking into account daily work needs and seasonal characteristics, is organising a special summer inspection of the transmission lines across the site, focusing on main items such as line foundations, tower stability, and the integrity of attachments, to accurately target potential risk issues.

Hidden dangers require immediate action. In response to the deformation of some wind turbine tower legs and the tilt of cement pole ground wire brackets found during inspections, the line maintenance team sprang into action to fix the issues and prevent long-term structural stress from increasing operational risks. Since the work area is within farmland and it's currently the growing season, major machinery couldn't be brought in. The team assigned experienced technicians Li Yubo and Ma Jun to lead the effort. During the operation, all team members strictly followed safety measures, overcame complex environmental challenges, worked together, and completed the replacement of tilted ground wire brackets and the scientific correction and reinforcement of deformed tower legs according to the plan. The stability of tower components was restored, the line resumed normal operation in a timely manner, line swing during strong winds was properly controlled, and proactive measures prevented hidden dangers from turning into accidents, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the Hanasi New Energy wind farm.

This focused rectification is not only a precise attack on sudden hazards but also a vivid reflection of the line maintenance team's deepened daily operations management. As reported, by the end of June, the line maintenance team had walked a total of 1640 kilometres this year, inspecting all 35kV, 110kV, and 220kV transmission lines, comprising 3608 towers, and resolved 985 various defects.

From the loess gullies to hundreds of metres in the air, from in-station equipment to outdoor power transmission lines, the entire operation and maintenance team of the Hanas New Energy Division measures responsibility with every step and demonstrates commitment through sweat. Going forward, the New Energy Division will continue to uphold the philosophy of 'lean management and meticulous maintenance and inspection', continuously deepen hidden hazard investigations and rectifications, continuously improve skills, and continuously enhance equipment operation and maintenance efficiency, providing solid support for the stable and healthy development of Hanas New Energy and contributing to the reliable supply of high-quality clean electricity in the region!
